Not Showing at Home-Page

  • Hi there, I like the plugin so much, only problem everything works except that the bar
    not showing at all on my home-page.
    Is anything we can do?

    Hi @mlao,

    Under Dashboard > GDPR > Settings, can you confirm if you have checked “Enable the Privacy Bar”.

    Also, have you added any content under “Privacy Bar Content”?

    Do you have a cache plugin? I’m using WP Fastest Cache and if it’s set to generate static pages, the bar will show until the page is cached, then it stops working. I’ve found no way to exclude this plugin. I’m pretty sure any cache plugin will have the same problem.

    YES “Enable the Privacy Bar”. is on and I have added content under the “Privacy Bar Content”…

    I also not use any cache plugin at the moment…

    It doesn’t display only on your home-page, but appears on others ?
    Maybe you could check your home-page template for incompatibilities.

    Hi,
    Have you an url to check which theme you use and try to understand what happens?

    Try disabling the plugin and then re-enabling the plugin and see if it works just after re-enabling it.

    And of course didn’t work….
