    If you could share more details, which version of WP and the plugin, and how you’re using the plugin (widget, or shortcode), that would really help!

    Hello,

    I’m using the shortcode. It produces the same results if I use just the standard shortcode or if I add in the artist type/username.

    WordPress version is 3.5.1
    Songkick plugin version: 0.9.4.4

    The plugin is viewable at https://circadi.es

    Currently using songkick’s html code to display the upcoming events. Since the theme is single page I also tried it on a static page and had the same results.

    hi again!

    I released a new version that allows you to bypass the cached API responses. You can try that out and see if that was actually the problem.

    Ideally you’d have the cache turned on, so the plugin doesn’t impact your page’s response time. But you can use this setting just to check if that was a problem.

    Could you also get the list of errors and warnings from WordPress?
