    Hi
    I have integrated my vimeo account but it shows your account have 0 videos it fetches nothing…. rather it has more than 10 videos.
    Also when I try to add Vimeo public videos, still it shows 0 videos…. I have added exact URL of video https://vimeo.com/223415980 but no luck…

    can u guide me if I am doing anything wrong?

    Thanks for your post. Please be kindly informed that we have tested the provided link to the video, using a “Thumbnail” view of the Video Gallery plugin and it worked properly both in the preview and in the lightbox. Please check out the screenshots below.

    Besides, we have checked your website link and could not find where our plugin’s shortcode is added. Could you tell, please, where is it embedded?
