Not Showing Anything

  • Hello! I did the same thing with my other pages, but this link behaves differently from the others.

    I added the source URL and chose “Kartra Download”. Upon hitting the Apply button, it should automatically show the same appearance as the Kartra page while retaining the URL. However, what it shows is just a blank page, with just the WordPress header.

    How do we go about resolving this? Thanks for your help in advance!

    This is currently a permanent redirect to your Kartra page. If you can create a test page in WP that uses KKP and doesn’t forward, I can take a look.

    Thank you, Brian! We recreated a test page and it actually works the way we want it to: https://maxshank.com/primal-athleticism-v2/

    But when we switch out the URL with the URL we want, we go back to the same problem of having a blank page.

    What’s the URL you’re pasting into the template controls that’s failing to display anything?

    As I’m not sure what you are looking for, I took a whole page screenshot of the editor for the page that’s failing to display anything.

    I think you might be experiencing some sort of browser caching issue. The page links you shared for your site all display properly for me, as do test embeds in two of my WP sites for the /page/embed/ URL in your screenshot.

    If you’re using Chrome, trying using Command/Control+Shift+I to open developer tools, then long-press on the page’s reload icon and select Empty Cache and Hard Reload to see if that clears it up.
