Not showing all pages

There is a page ‘Sponsorship Form’ that is not on the menu but is linked to through the sponsorship page. It’s not showing on the site map.

I have been on your website and I don’t know where is the page that is not displayed on the sitemap. The “sponsorship form” is well displayed both in the menu and in the sitemap.
Are you talking about the PDF page? The PDF file cannot be added to the sitemap for now.

Because I posted that message a week a go and the site was live I had to put the sponsorship form back on the menu to make sure it was seen.

If the page ‘Sponsorship form’ (which is a page with a contact form) is not on the menu then it’s not shown in the site map.

I’ve taken screen photos and loaded them to google drive:

When the page appears in the menu then it’s seen in the site map. When the page is NOT shown in the menu then it doesn’t appear in the site map. Only that one box being ticked – show in menu – is the difference.

I’d like ALL pages to be shown in the sitemap regardless of whether they are on the menu or not.

I’ve been investigating to try to understand the reason of this problem, but I can’t figure it out.
– How is build your menu ? Is this from the admin menu on “Apparerence” -> “Menus” ?
– And are you sure you didn’t made the page as a “draft” ?
– Are you using some special plugins that may cause trouble through “WP Sitemap Page” plugin ? Is this possible for you to deactivate all the others plugins just to be sure this is not caused by another plugin.

Sorry for all these questions, but I really don’t understand right now.
Hope we will find a way to solve this problem.

Thanks for looking into this.

Now I understand what was happening.

My theme (built with Artisteer) has an option on the page that the page can be added to the menu by ticking a box. This means that I didn’t need to use the ‘Appearance -> Menus’ set up. When I use that set up it all works okay.

So when I use themes built with Artisteer I need to remember to still use the Appearance -> Menus set up with this plugin.

Is there a way to show all the pages regardless of whether they are appearing on the top menu or not?

Another client has a lot of pages so they are not all on the top menu.

For example the page Services (https://www.magnolianaturalmedicine.com.au/services) has a list of links, each which leads to a page of its own.

When I look at the site map (https://www.magnolianaturalmedicine.com.au/site-map) only the pages that are in the top menu are displayed on the page and all the other pages are ignored.

The top menu is created using the “Appearance” -> “Menus” but the other pages will not appear on the top menu at all.

Is there a way for the other pages to appear in the site map?

Issue 2: I’ve also realised that I have 7 menus options (all added by “Appearance” -> “Menus”) on the top menu but only 5 are showing on the sitemap.

I thought that maybe I could use the site map for the top menu and another plugin for the other pages….

The 2 pages that are missing were created today 10th April whereas all the other pages on the top menu were created some days ago. I was thinking that it could be something to do with the clocks going back over the weekend and time stamps but I change the time on the website and still nothing changed.

The website is running WordPress 3.8.2 after the recent update.

Resolved: In Artisteer, the theme option per page to show page in menu must be ticked for the page to show up in this sitemap.
