Not Showing All Feed Items

Great plugin so thank you for your hard working putting this together.
I want to show 20 feed items. I changed the setting in Settings/Reading to 20 items. I can see all 20 items when I bring up the feed page https://www.sweetiespicks.com/feed
The page where I am using Feedzy only shows 10 items.
