Not Showing Add Media Button on front end

Hii,

First of all Thanks For such a good plugin, it has great functionality, however i am having trouble when user (Subscriber role) is creating event from front end then they cant see button for ADD MEDIA in description field, can someone please let me know how can this be enabled.
