Not showing accurate number of orders

    I have a site where mostly users are placing orders as guest with no emails, but they do have billing phone as our business requires that.

    isn’t there any feature for those orders who have same billing phone value can be combined and showed in the history section?

    Thanks for your message and for trying our plugin.

    Actually, no, sorry. The only criteria to combine orders at this time is the email. The reason is, WooCommerce is designed to report back to customers via email when an order status changes, so it becomes the one and only critical piece of information a seller must have. In your scenario, if a status changes, the only way to report back to the customer will be an operator to call them back. Think you’d need a CRM kind of plugin attached to WC to achieve what you need.
