    Hi t00k,

    Could you disable “AJAX Reloads” from the “Basic” are of the “Options” and see if the tracking results are now shown? Also, if you navigate to the “Orders” tab and select the aforementioned order number do you see any “Order Status”/”Order Status History” assigned to the order on the back-end?

    I try to disable Ajax reload but still not shown any status. It not only one parcel. Not show status how can i fix this problem?

    Hi t00k,

    We visited your website and it seems like the URL has some characters that might affect the functionality of the plugin, we suggest you to use only English characters in the URL and see if that fixes the error. We saw a similar issue previously with one of our other plugins and they were able to fix the error by avoiding Unicode characters in the URL.
