Not Shipping To Australia

    Hi, for some reason, customers in Australia are not able to get USPS shipping estimates. I am based in the U.S. and tried entering a U.K. and Canada address and both generated USPS shipping costs. I know in 9/15/2021, USPS temporarily suspended service to Australia but I figured that would be over by now. I’ve checked all my settings which have not changed since that customer had placed an order successfully. Even then, I figure the settings are ok if I am able to get USPS pricing for other international orders.

    Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks.

    Service to Australia is still not available. As soon as it is, the rates should be available again.

    Thank you for confirming. USPS has really gone downhill. I’m going to look into some DHL functionality.
