Not sharing Title on Twitter

Something happened recently. The plugin is still sharing tweets, however it is not including the text before the link, and just posting the link and hashtags to twitter.
CORRECT WAY (i did that from the “See sample post” area):

Any thoughts why the plugin has changed recently?
Anyone else seeing this?
