Not sharing the article, sharing the web site address instead

I have post articles displayed on the home page and pages, I have select to view on home page, pages, single and after content.
Why its not sharing the post articles that is displayed on the home page instead its sharing the web site URL.
I was using a different sharing plugin that work but it had only 4 sharing networks ‘Social Pug’.
