    My customers do not receive the gift voucher email after their purchase. And the gift voucher does not arrive in their spam. In the backoffice, it says “not sent yet” do you know why?

    Hello there,
    we hope you’re doing well!

    Have you verified if the date is correct? You can check if emails are sent using the WP Mail Logging plugin. Also, you can verify the correct functioning of your CRON jobs using the WP Crontrol plugin, since these are responsible for sending the gift cards. To search for our CRON jobs, you can search for them using the prefix yith_ywgc.

    Also, check if you have updated the plugin to the latest version please.

    I have the same issue, if a gift card is set to be send at a specific date, it won’t be and It says “not send yet”.

    I have installed the Wp Crontol (I’ve tested my smtp and it’s ok) but I can’t find any cron for yith.
