I set up Mailpoet3 and I actually like the plugin, I want to move my email from MailerLite.
The confirmation email gets sent without any issues, however the Welcome email, which is set to send immediately, doesn’t.
If I send the welcome email as a “preview” test, it also arrives immediately.
I tried sending with my web host, my web host SMTP, and also with MailPoet’s sending service.
I tried to set the trigger by visitor, by chron job and also by Mailpoet script.
The result is always the same. The confirmation email is sent immediately, but the welcome email doesn’t get sent at all.

Try deleting that welcome email and make a new one. That worked for me.

OK I tried deleting the email and that worked.
However I added more welcome emails and the one to be sent after one day isn’t working either. I have no way to know which emails will be sent and which won’t.
I am not sure if editing the emails creates the problem.
The plugin seems to be faulty.

    Hi @yourexpireddomains,

Can you please contact us here https://www.mailpoet.com/support/wordpress-forums so we can investigate it further?

It could be a scheduled task that got stuck on the sending queue and it’s preventing the next emails to be sent properly.

    Thank you!
