    Hi, your plugin concept is great. I tried following your instructions
    1) WooCommerce -> Supplier Order Email -> Add New Supplier (supplier name “vacation”) + email
    2) Products -> Supplier “vacation”
    3) Did a test purchase using Stripe
    4) Checked Orders “Processing”

    But not getting any emails, where could go wrong?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, we indicate the most common problems that make our plugin not work:

    1. Suppliers have not been created in WooCommerce / Supplier Order Email.

    2. No new suppliers have been created in: Desktop / Products / Suppliers.

    3. The supplier name created in step 1 and the name in step 2 are not exactly the same (including upper and lower case).

    4. The supplier has not been selected in the selection box on the product edit page or the products in the test order do not correspond to that supplier.

    5. WordPress is not correctly configured to send emails. Test if WordPress sends other emails. (for example: order status changes)

    6. To check how the emails are reaching the supplier you can temporarily replace their email from a supplier with yours in WooCommerce / Supplier Order Email.

    7. Find an order containing products with the main supplier marked and pass it to the “Processing” state.

    8. It is recommended to use an SMTP plugin for WordPress to ensure we send emails more reliably. A good plugin for this is: Post SMTP (Yehuda Hassine)

    If none of this works, check if your theme or another plugin is causing a conflict. Deactivate your theme and all plugins and try again.

    We hope we have helped you!
