Not sending to @outlook.com

Hello,
I am having problems with Contact Form 7 and emails being sent to @outlook.com email addresses.
I am using the “Mail 2” option so a email confirmation gets sent to the user. And this works perfectly with everyone but people on @outlook email addresses.
I have tried using different SMTP plugins but still no luck.Can anyone help??!
