    I haven’t been getting a ton of orders (because of covid) so didn’t know this was an issue – only getting about one a month right now. I have been using your plugin for a year without any issues, so I know its set up fine. I changed hosts back in January (not sure if that would cause any issues on your end?) but other than that, nothing has changed.

    When a customer makes an on hold order, or completed order, none of the emails are being sent out to them. The most recent customer has a hotmail address (not sure if that matters). Another lady in February told me she wasn’t receiving any orders and I just figured it was a problem on her end. But now this is the second one. She had a bell.net email (in case that matters).

    What can I do here? I have another plugin called WP Mail Log, which has shown me that they are sending out to them. I am getting the cc copy but they aren’t receiving any. What can I do? Does it have to do with me changing hosts?
