    I will preface by saying this was prior to the latest WP update and the latest subscribers update – however all was working perfectly last week – I’ve since updated everything but would still like to figure out why this issue occurred…details below:

    So my client has a recipe site and does new posts regularly. All has been well until today.

    Today he noticed there are 17 people who did not get the notification email…and not just didn’t get email – I don’t believe it was even sent to them.

    The sent mail list shows 159 sent (everyone on my list) – however the actual report for today only shows 142 sent. He confirmed the 17 not on the list did NOT receive the email. They always receive the email. I received my test emails so I know something is working.

    Other weird thing I noticed was the sent date for today’s update is all 0’s. No other settings have been changed and like I said everything has been fine until today.

    Also just noticed it’s the last 17 consecutive datebase ID’s which happen to be displayed first on the report page – which is how we noticed the issue.

    It’s not the latest batch of email addresses…but the 17 that never got sent are consecutive. Sorry for any confusion.

    Hi,

    Are you saying only 17 people have not received the e-mail but rest 142 people received the same email?
    Can you please check if their email id’s are checked when you are sending them emails (i.e. they have not unsubscribed from the list)?

    Have you recently updated any plugins on your site? If everything was working fine before, then the plugin you updated must be conflicting with Email Subscribers.

    I am saying that yes. All email ID’s are checked and they are all subscribed. My total list is 162 (I have 3 unsubscribers).

    Nothing was recently updated either. There were quite a few that needed to be updated, including Email Subscribers, but I hadn’t updated anything.

    Hi,

    Which version of Email Subscribers you are currently using?
    Please update Email subscribers to latest version v3.0.1 and then have a check with the functionality.

    When the issue occurred I was running the version previous to 3.0.1. As soon as we were aware of the issue I updated it to the latest (3.0.1). I did a manual email test and it seemed to have worked. My client will go live with a new recipe next week some time so we’ll see what happens. I will report back.

    A new recipe went out yesterday and all seemed well. Just wish we knew why there was that issue.
