• Hello, we recently added the Mailpoet plugin to our website and have been unable to get the scheduled emails to be sent out correctly. We have tried sending out test emails and previews of the newsletter and post notifications; those seem to work. In addition, I was able to manually send out and receive the newsletter. We are currently sending using the Amazon SES method.

    Our Task Scheduler is currently showing connected, however I read in a KB article that if the Task Scheduler connected and not sending then our account may be suspended. Although this may only apply to those who are using the Mailpoet Sending Service. Let us know if you see any issues that may be conflicting our scheduled emails.
