    @mmichtus, thanks for reaching out. Usually, if notifications aren’t firing there’s some sort of disjoint between the store install and the ‘Connected Site’ in MailChimp.

    As a first try to resolve, I’d recommend simply uninstalling the plugin > delete any automations running in MailChimp > confirm that the store is removed from the ‘Connected Sites’ area > reinstall and then finally setting up the automations again.

    Let us know if that resolves things for you.
