Not sending my emails

  • Hi there,

    I downloaded the plugin and followed the setup wizard. Only issue I had was with step 2. Not sure I did that correctly. I just put “Bluehost” but I see in the video it shows to add SMTP etc. so I’ll go back and try that if I can…

    The connectivity test looked fine though when I did it. The test email “sent” but I never got it.

    this is the most frustrating thing. I’m not a developer but I self-taught a lot of things and I can’t get my notifications to send which is important!

    I contacted my hosting company prior to trying postman, they said it wasn’t their issue. I also tried a different plugin and no resolution either.

    Please help me.

    Update: I went back and put SMTP.bluehost.com and I did get a test email sent to my email address I put for the test this time. HOWEVER, then I went and added a comment from an incognito window in chrome and I didn’t get a notification!!!!! AHHHH! This is driving me nuts!!!!

    Please help my ignorant soul!
