    Hello+

    I manage several WordPress sites for different clients. All are on WP v. 4.9.4 and all are using WordFence v. 7.1.0… I like the new WordFence platform.

    Normally, I get a monthly WordFence Report on each website on the 1st of the month. This time 6 of the 11 websites did not send this report to me.

    I checked all 6 sites and they all have the checkboxes checked for the report to send automatically each month…. Please advise.

    Please check these common reasons for not receiving this summary email and keep me updated:
    – Make sure “Enable email summary” option is checked along with the corresponding time interval “day, week or month”.
    – Check “wordfence_email_activity_report” value in (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Cron Jobs).
    – Make sure the summary report emails aren’t in the spam folder.
    – Try sending a “test email from this WordPress server to an email address” and
    a “test activity report email” from (Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Other Test).

    Thank you for the list of suggested fixes…

    Yes, the “Enable email Summary” option is checked and set with the “month” option.
    No, the “wordfence_email_activity_report” value in the Cron Jobs does not show a report was sent…?
    No, the Summary Report emails are not in the spam folder.
    Yes, a “test email from this WordPress server to [my] email address” was done and “true”.
    Yes, a “test activity report email” was sent to my email address just now and it did show up in my email’s in-box.

    Please advise as to why one was not sent on the 1t of March and how to correct that so that the one scheduled to send on the 1st of April actually does get sent.

    Hi,
    Please go to (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics) and click on “Send Report by Email” button at the top of the page, you can send the report to “alaa [at] wordfence [dot] com”, make sure to include your forum username, I will take a look at this report and let you know my findings.

    Thank you – there are several different sites that have this issue. Would you like me to send only 1 at a time? Or all of them now?

    I have triggered 1 now and included this thread’s “ticket number” (which I extracted from the link in the email thread, not from the number in the URL for this thread) – please let me know if I’ve used the wrong “ticket number”.

    If this one is okay, let me know and I will trigger the next one…
