    I’m setting up the plugin for the first time. Have filled out all of the settings inc send and reply email addresses. All other emails from the site are working perfectly i.e. Order complete,contact form, refund etc.

    I can send test emails for the pre-built sample templates but as soon as I make an edit to them they don’t send the test email anymore.

    I’m sure i’m missing something glaringly obvious but it would be great to know either way.

    Edit: I made a new template and it worked perfectly.
