    When I try out the plugin and I click “forgot the password” and sending the mail to the recorver the password there is nothing working. No mail with recorver info.

    Would you please install and activate the following plugin and see if this plugin sends a test email or not?

    In the Check & Log Email plugin, you can enable the email delivery log from the plugin’s settings.
    Would you please enable it and see the delivery status of the emails sent via the User Registration plugin? If you see green on the status, this means that the plugin is sending the email but the delivery is being blocked. In this case, you will have to contact your email server and let them know about this issue.
