• Hi,

    It seems I cannot send any email/newsletters even though the plugin is connected when you look under: MailPoet > Help > System Status

    Furthermore, under the same tab (System Status), when I scroll down to the bottom of the page, it displays successful assignments. Yet, those assignments displayed there have not reached the recipients. It does not work with the test emails either, and I have tried to change the mail sender from MailPoet Sending Service to my hosting service – neither of them worked.

    I’ve just checked and there’s nothing wrong with your MailPoet Sending Service account on our end. Are you able to send a newsletter preview to your email address?
