Not sending emails after form

Thanks for your reply. I have followed these instructions and it is still not sending emails.

We are still not getting emails, however those with mail tags are, this is how I have it in the “to” field:
[Applicant-Email], <[email protected]>

Let me know what I am doing wrong please.
