Not sending emails

    I hope you’re doing great today! ??

    Could I ask if you’ve set the admin email at:

    Products > Store Settings > Messages > Store Admin Email

    With that set, the emails should go through. If that’s already been set, could you please let us know if you’re able to receive registration emails?

    Just checking that emails are working on your site first off.

    Yepp, admin email is set under Products > Store Settings > Messages > Store Admin Email

    Thanks for that additional info! That definitely helps, it’s actually not MarketPress but your WordPress configuration, possibly your server.

    Could you try contacting your host to see if they allow sending emails through WordPress? Maybe they can help to get that configured for you as well?
