  • Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would clarify if our plugin relates to reaching an email to your customer’s server.

    1. No relation:

Our plugin is specifically designed to customize default WooCommerce Emails. Sending WooCommerce emails is not our plugin’s function and typically, WooCommerce emails are sent when there’s a change in the order status.

    2. Relation:

Your customized email content by our plugin may include numerous HTML codes, which could potentially exceed your server’s limitations on email content and prevent the email from being delivered successfully.

Our solution in this case is:

+ Please try to download and install a mailog plugin, and test an order to see if the email is sent or not from your site. See this article.

+ In addition, use an SMTP plugin to send emails from your WordPress site. You can see this guide.

With our given solutions, if the problem persists,?kindly contact us on our Presale forum for further assistance.

    Best regards.
