I’m trying to send a newsletter but I don’t know why, it won’t send them.

If I send a test email it works but if I start a real newsletter it doesn’t work. Why?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, do you mean the newsletter remains in “sending” status?

Is the Tools/Site Health panel reporting you have late scheduled jobs?

    Hi,

Everything turns out to be sent. The status is also on sent. But nothing arrives.

Only the test emails work but when I have to send the real newsletters it doesn’t work.

    Thanks for the help.

Hi, it mean they’ve been blocked by your provider. When you send a test, are you sending a test from the newsletter composer? It could be your provider has really low limits on emails, for example one per minute or like: have you tried to ask them?

    HI,
The test was sent from the initial configuration of your plugin and worked without any problems.
When we launch a real newsletter nothing works.
We also tried to send a newsletter to just 6 subscribers but that didn’t arrive either.

Hi, is the newsletter reaches the “sent” status, you should ask the provider to look at the mail system logs. A plugin just “moves” the email to the mailing system, if the latter fails there are no ways to know (you can see only the effect: the email does not reach the inbox). Please, check even the spam folder of the destination mailboxes.
