Not sending emails

    The website is sending mails alright, I have checked, but the plugin doesn’t send any email at all, not even the test emails.

    I’ve also checked that the template is activated and “Enable abandoned cart emails” is checked.

    I have tried to change the cron to ALTERNATE_WP_CRON making it true in the wp-config.php, but it is still not working.

    What more can I do? Thanks!

    @victormyeste my sincere apologies for not getting back to you sooner on this. Based on how you analyzed this, it seems to point to something much worse than expected. If you don’t mind, I’ll need you to create a ticket on our?support tool?so that we can debug this further.
