Not sending emails

We have checked the issue with the latest version but it looks it is working as expected at our end.

Since there are multiple reasons due to which this issue can occur, we need to check the following things to understand the issue better
1. No reports are generated
–> Whenever an email campaign gets scheduled in the Email Subscribers plugin, it generates a report. Can you please check if they are getting generated or not at your end? You can check them from the admin menu Email Subscribers –> Reports. Are the reports are still in scheduled or sending mode or sent successfully? You can check the following screenshot for reference.

2. WordPress cron is not running on time
–> In the lite version, the Email Subscribers’ plugin uses WordPress cron to send emails. Since WordPress cron gets called only when someone visits your site, there are chances that it may not be called during a particular duration if no one visits the site at that time.

Can you please check on your setup, if WordPress cron is being used and it is running smoothly? You can refer to this screenshot to check it at your end.
