Not Sending Emails

  • When trying to send a test email it says:
    CLIENT -> SERVER: EHLO bmvs.co.uk
    CLIENT -> SERVER: STARTTLS
    SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.CLIENT -> SERVER: QUIT
    SMTP ERROR: QUIT command failed: ?m?,r?I???? ~??K?@d????221 box5219.bluehost.com closing connection
    SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

    Can someone help
