    Hi,
I used the version 2 plugin until now and it stopped sending emails, I read on some threads that you recommended upgrading to this version to resolve this issue, I upgraded and the emails are still not being sent.

I tried both sending through my site itself, which didn’t work. I also tried sending through SMTP using Mailgun, but I got a connection refused #111 error.

I contacted Mailgun and tried all the ports and setting they provided but I still got the error.

I’d appreciate if you’d be able to resolve this issue.
    Thank you

  • Hi,

Make sure that your hosting provider is not blocking ports. Otherwise, check your settings; MailGun works just fine.

I went through all the testing with my hosting provider GoDaddy and they verified that no ports are blocked.

I also went through all the settings with Mailgun and the settings are correct.

Hey. We would need to have access to your site in order to diagnose this properly on your own site.

This said, our support is limited to our MailPoet’s sending service unless there’s a bug we can easily replicate with another sending method. But it’s not the case here.

We thus recommend that you try with another method (ie SendGrid) or even MailPoet. It’s a good way to encourage our hard work ??
