Not Sending Emails

    I’m also facing this issue … the emails are not getting sent .

    I’m sure the template is activated .
    The test / send me a test email / works fine . also, other email notifications work just fine .

    I can see the abandoned carts, but no emails get sent . I’ve made about 8 different tests, with different browsers, on different computers, different accounts .

    I do see a problem : in the Abandoned Cart List, under email, there are no emails listed but if I click on an abandoned cart, I do get to see all the customer details and the email address .

    What to do ? why would be this happening ?
