Not sending email notifications

    I read through some of your other support tickets about email notifications and I have not been able to resolve my issue of not receiving email notifications.

    I turned on Ajax setting
    Add new user in WordPress and did receive email notifications

    I also created a forn using the Elementor form widget and that worked.

    Any suggestions?

    If other emails sent from the WP site works fine and the issue is only specific to the form then please do share the form export so that we could check the existing settings.

    Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

    You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.
