    Hello,

Make sure the order status is set to “processing” ( if Grant access to downloadable products after payment is enabled ) or “completed”. Those are the only times when the link will show.

Hi Roy, Thanks for the help. All the orders are marked as complete, and are set to “virtual” and “downloadable” (so it did this automatically). Emails are going out, but there is no download link included.

As a short term stopgap I changed the download method to “redirect only” which fixed the issue, but I would rather not loose the security the “force downloads” method offered, so I am still looking for a solution to get the download links to appear in the emails.

Ok so then this isn’t a WooCommerce issue per say but server level. Some servers do not allow “Force Downloads” due to size limitations. So please consult with your host to see what options you have in that regards.

A few woo-updates ago had problems with downloadables when using the “virtual” checkbox turned on. After turning it off the problems went away. No idea if there is a “bug” in that particular setting, but could do a check test (turn off/on) if the virtual setting isn’t vital to your product.
