Thanks very much! We have work for this scheduled and intend to have it resolved relatively soon. We’ll update you here as soon as the fix is in place.

@kaichi Following up – After double-checking Engaging Networks’ endpoint documentation, it looks like you should be able to use https://www.e-activist.com to connect *for now*, and that this will be supported until through December 2022.

This at least might help you start using this plugin while we’re working on getting the newer endpoints in place! We’ll still let you know as soon as ca.engagingnetworks.app is available. Thank you again!

    Hello,
    Thanks for the answer!
I’m struggling, because I don’t understand why the module doesn’t send the data to EN.
Everything is set correctly, but EN doesn’t receive the data.

From Gravity Forms System Status I have just this error:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 2000 milliseconds

    This could cause the issue?

Otherwise this is the only error that I see regarding Gravity Forms from Server log:
PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in ../wp-includes/class-wp-list-util.php on line 164, referer: ../wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_edit_forms&id=4

    Could you please help?

Hi again @kaichi – We have an update for you! We’ve tested and deployed an updated version of the plugin that will work with Engaging Networks new endpoints. Thank you again!

    Alright!
Thanks for the update! For the moment I used directly a script.
Next time I will try the update of the plugin.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I’m testing the new update and now I selected the correct EN URL (https://ca.engagingnetworks.app), however it still doesn’t work.

The IP is correctly in Whitelist in EN
The API user in EN has correctly the group with all Data Management permissions active.

    Any clue?

*Update: I tried same configuration on another server (website) and it works.

So maybe the issue is internal (maybe the firewall)

By the way, I have another issue:
All emails (ie. confirmation email) go to the spam folder (maybe because client is Microsoft?)

I’ve read on EN that this is a known issue, but I didn’t find a solution.

Hi @kaichi – We resolved a couple bugs related to PHP 8.0 and just released 2.2.3 this week, which might help address some of the issues you encountered.

If you find that you’re still running into errors, could you please navigate to Gravity Forms’ “Settings” and enable logging? If you’re not already familiar: Once you save that change, you can then navigate to the “Logging” item on the left of the settings page and turn all the logging OFF except for the logging from this plugin.

Then, once you’ve replicated this issue and captured the details in the log, please send those details to us at [email protected] – We’ll be able to troubleshoot further from there. Thank you again!
