Not sending confirmation emails (new try)

  • Hi!
    Since the last forum thread was closed down by a moderator (don’t know why) I will try again.

    Problem: No confirmation emails are being sent.

    What is the status of this problem? Is there a solution?

    They thought you were requesting for support premium plugin, actually, WordPress support forum doesn’t allow for pro or commercial product support that’s why they were deleted and closed your support request. We didn’t test our plugin (Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3) with Latest MailPoet Premium plugin, we need to check before giving you update, I believe it should not be a problem with MailPoet Premium version. Will you try to deactivate other plugins and then try. Let me inform if you feel the same issues.
