Not sending confirmation emails (again)

  • Hi!

    Mailpoet is no longer sending confirmation emails. It has been like this for a few days. Since it last worked I have installed the Mailpoet Premium plugin (and maybe updated Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3). I don’t know if that affects anything. (I have tried deactivating Mailpoet Premium but it doesn’t help.)

    Plugin versions:
    Add-on Gravity Forms – MailPoet 3: 1.1.9
    Mailpoet: 3.29.0
    Mailpoet Premium: 3.0.55
    Gravity forms: 2.4.10

    @abdultikweb Do not support your premium customers in these forums. That is not allowed and I have removed all of the replies to this topic and I am closing this.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
