Not sending confirmation e-mails

Hello, confirmation email is working fine in our side. However, I need some information to debug the issue which is happening in your installation.

1. Is that user already registered?
2. Is that user WordPress/woocommerce user?
3. Are you using Mailpoet Feeds? (If yes, please make sure “Email validation” is Unchecked in feed settings
4. Are you running wocommerce in your WordPress installation?
5. Can you provide the debug/error log if possible?
6. Please provide the system status (Forms > System Status)
7. Please make sure that your mail server is working fine

I know it is a lot of information to provide but I apologize. Since the plugin is working perfectly in our WordPress installations, I need to find the exact reason that why it isn’t working in your side.

I am using the Mailpoet sending service.

The user is stored in the gravity forms data.

I dont know how to provide the debug information.

Hello, looks like everything ok. Anyway, does the default mailpoet form (Mailpoet > Forms) sends the confirmation email?

Also could you please deactivate non mailpoet plugin and try again? Might be plugin confliction issue.

Hello everybody, unfortunately the confirmation mails are not sent to me either. I have now tried all imaginable things for a long time.
Mailpoet itself sends the mails very reliably.
Everything works, except the confirmation mails.
