  • Hi @dssunil,

Can you please let us know if you have configured any SMTP connection on your site? In order to send emails using FluentCRM you would need an SMTP.

If you do not have any SMTP configured, FluentCRM will use the default WordPress mailing feature which has a low email deliverability and the email sending will fail in most cases. You can use FluentSMTP and configure an email-sending service.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,
I’m experiencing the same problem. I was able to send emails before configuring the FluentSMPT following the instructions from their website but after doing so, there’s nothing going out.

I too am on a free plan as I’m testing the service to upgrade later. What I need to do is to send an automated email every time someone submits a specific form. I’ve created the automation and it seems all good, in fact it worked before, but now it just doesn’t.

The SMPT configuration is with Google Workspace using the API as instructed in the tutorial on the official FluentSMPT website.

    Anything I might be overlooking?
