    Hi, I created welcome mail after first buy in Woocommerce. Email should send immediately but I dont receive it. We use for sending emails WP Mail SMTP plugin by WPForms. We use SMTP sending method and all emails are sending fine, but emails from your plugin are not send. In your plugin options I set sending method to SMTP and I set everything like on screen here: https://prnt.sc/s5hmjoQa8746

    I tried to send test email and I received a message that emails are working fine so I dont understand why if I make first purchase on a website I dont receive an email.

    Hi there @samuelmarcinko,

    From your description, and what I can see in your screenshots/system info, it seems sending is working, it’s just the WooCommerce “First Purchase” email that is not sending.

    Please note that WooCommerce emails will only send if the customer is in “Subscribed” status. There’s more information about this in our documentation here:

    WooCommerce Automatic emails created with MailPoet will be sent only to “Subscribed” users. If they’re still “Unconfirmed”, the email will be scheduled but not sent until they confirm their subscription via email (if double opt-in is enabled).

    Also, the emails will be triggered only if the order status is “Processing” or “Completed”.

    Is the email address you placed the order with currently in “Subscribed” status? And is the order in “Processing” or “Completed” status?
