not selecting

Hi,

I have seen the screen shots. Will it display all the regions and radio buttons so that the user can select or just a drop down so the user can select the region.

I tried customizing it. My clients wants two options,

a. Perth
b. Outside Perth

For “Perth” they are charging 10 dollars and “outside Perth” they want the visitor to call them.

So I made changes in your program so that now it displays the two options. but I don’t see the values getting selected after I click on calculate button.

Any help, would be appreciated.
