Not seeing tracking code

Have the Yoast plugin, have used it many times before, but on a particular site I’m not seeing the analytics code being generated. Everything seems fine from the UI perspective, and some analytics are being generated, but I’m not seeing it on most of my pages. Any suggestions on how to debug?
