Not seeing the FAQ button in editor

Hey,

I just installed the plugin and have a very simple (maybe stupid ?? ) question: I don’t see the FAQ button in the editor, so I basically can’t proceed to the second step (if I call installing the plugin the first step ?? ). Any idea?
I checked forum and FAQs on the plugin page, but no help so far.

I am using the Classic Editor plugin in case that’s important. Other plugins (Wp Forms, Thirsty Affiliates, Post Snippet) can succesfully integrate their buttons into the editor so I am not sure what the reason is.
