Not seeing success message after form submission

Hi, I’m not seeing a “success message” after sending the form submission and I know its sent successfully Based on the flamingo inbound messages and the fact I get an email. At first I thought it was because of an “animate on scroll” feature I have on the site but I have removed all References to that on this specific page template and I tested again and it’s still not showing the success message but rather kicking me up to the top of the page after sending the form.
Any thoughts on how to correct this? I’ve noticed on a lot of recent sites where I use contact form 7 this is also happening as far as not showing the success message. But it has worked in the past on sites where I’ve used CF7. Thanks!
