Not seeing social media checkboxes on RH settings pane

    I have got Jetpack posting to Facebook and Twitter with thumbnails, excerpt etc, on one of my www.remarpro.com sites and it works really well!

    But two other very similar sites are causing me problems. The setup in Jetpack > Settings > Sharing has been exactly the same afaik and both social media are showing as ‘connected’.

    I would expect to see them listed in the edit page’s right-hand Settings pane near the bottom, to turn on or turn off or restore, but I am not seeing this. See screenshot.

    Just for reference, all sites are fully updated with the latest WordPress, Jetpack and PHP.

    What am I missing here?

    Correction — I didn’t see the Jetpack tab that had appeared. But I still can’t turn the posting to ‘on’. The buttons are greyed out on both sites. The post s have not. shared

    I’m having the same issue! I have accounts connected and auto-sharing turned on but it does not work and I see the grayed out Publicize/edit settings on the post page.

    Hi @greiggy,

    I do not see any issues with your Publicize and I can see that the last post was shared just yesterday.
    From the screenshot I can see that you’re updating an old post, rather than publishing a new one, is that correct? Please note that re-sharing your content is only available on plans Premium and Professional so you will not see this option on a free plan.

    @yogabasics what is the URL of your site?
