Not seeing “Salesforce: API” menu in the current settings

I’ve updated my integration method as API, but when I click save, I don’t see any such ““Salesforce: API” menu in the current settings”. I’ve looked all over, either I’m missing something or nothing is appearing for me to begin that connection process.
Please help.
