Not seeing Formats drop down

Sorry not to add a drop down, to add a pop up. I no longer see the drop down on the pages.

@swagglerock – Do you have both rows of the toolbar shown? If not the last button on the toolbar should show a second row when clicked.

Thanks for the reply! Yes, I have both rows of the toolbar shown. I will try re-installing the plugin.
