Not seeing ecom data, don’t think site is using child theme

    I am trying to help a friend on this site to get ecom tracking working. I installed the (free version for now but they may probably upgrade) plugin, looked at the theme and don’t see anything about it being a child theme (but might be custom). I activated the plugin yesterday, didn’t see any data, and then today I checked the gtag.js box. Any guidance is welcome!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you are using custom theme on your store & as we have mentioned in the description & FAQs, the free version is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.
